Director & Mortgage Broker
As the owner of Wagstaff Finance, Craig Wagstaff is a mortgage broker and with my experienced team, we work hard to deliver great finance solutions for our clients, that help them live the life they want.
Craig has extensive technical knowledge of credit and finance in Australia, and leverage over 20 years of experience to ensure better outcomes for my clients. We have a passion for technology and innovation and leverage this as much as possible to make it easier for you to provide the information we need.
Client Services Manager
Sharon Wyld is our Client Services Manager, managing the loan application process. She has over 30 years of experience in finance and banking, with a passion for helping people achieve their goals and dreams.
She liaises with our clients, lenders, and solicitors throughout the process and ensures that our clients' needs are always looked after. Sharon holds a Certificate IV and a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
Client Services Officer
AJ Hernando has been involved in the lending industry since 2018. She is an efficient, task-driven professional with a lot of experience in the areas of lending, customer service, and office management. She assists Craig with the development of the advice and processing of applications and loves helping our clients achieve their goals.
Client Services Officer
Sarah Darni is our expert Client Services Officer, who loves assisting our clients through the loan process.
With a background in Education, Retail and Banking, she is genuinely passionate about people and pride herself in providing the best possible customer experience with the highest level of honesty and integrity. Sarah looks after our clients in the initial phases with our systems and documents required and manages all of our existing clients' needs post-settlement with repricing, reviews and variations.
